1. What should I do if the mold cannot be blown to form?
Check the pressure of the hollow blow molding machine in time. The normal pressure is generally about 2.0-3.0MPA. If the pressure is normal, check whether the exhaust structure of the mold is reasonable, and then adjust the temperature to a suitable point.
2. What to do if the blown mold becomes white
Mold whitening If the tube blank becomes white when it is baked, then lower the temperature or increase the speed. If the tube blank is not white when it is baked and the bottle is blown out, it means that the temperature is too low. Please add the temperature or reduce the speed.
3. What to do if the mold is thick on one side and thin on the other
This problem occurs because the bottom of the blow molded product is not in the center position. Adjust the stretch rod to the center position of the bottom of the mold and add delay blowing to solve it.
4. What to do if there is meat at the bottom after the mold is blown
This situation is mainly because the bottom temperature of the bottle is too low and the temperature of the bottle mouth is too high. Please lower the temperature of the bottle mouth and increase the temperature of the bottle bottom, or reduce the delay blowing time appropriately.
