Valve Disc: Polypropylene (PP) reinforced with 30% fiberglass – Delivers rigidity and impact resistance.
Seal Options:

IBC valve gasket type
IBC valve gasket materials are generally EPDM,NBR.FMP,PEP.EPDM is more common, acid and alkali resistant but not oil resistant,nitrile rubber oil resistant. Gaskets are imported from Germany.
IBC Valve installing type
1.one piece screwing type IBC valve
one piece IBC valve must be screwed with the handle facing upwards.Strong sealing, not easy to leak.
2.two pieces screwing type IBC valve
two pieces IBC tank valve is normal. The mouth does not need to be adjusted, more convenient.
3.Welding type IBC valve
Weld type IBC valve is a Type C interface. This kind of foreign use is very much, better sealing, less cost.

IBC Valve Package
IBC valve is usually 40 pieces per carton. Before delivery, we will cover the waterproof PP bag inside the carton, and paste labels on the outside of the carton, so that you can clearly know the IBC valve type inside the box.
