1. Uneven mixing of raw materials and color masterbatch
Poor mixing of the raw materials and the color masterbatch will cause the color of the product to change. After the raw materials and the color masterbatch are evenly mixed, when they are fed into the hopper through the lower suction material, the color masterbatch is separated from the masterbatch due to static electricity, and it is easy to be adsorbed on the hopper wall. Changes in the amount of color masterbatch during the blow molding cycle, resulting in chromatic aberration. The most effective way is to use a hot air dryer instead of a suction machine to prevent the color difference caused by the separation of the toner from the master batch by manual feeding.
2. The chromatic aberration caused by the temperature of the barrel
In the blow molding process, it is often encountered that a certain heating ring is damaged or failed or the heating control part is out of control and the temperature of the barrel changes drastically, resulting in chromatic aberration. Generally, the damage and failure of the heating ring will cause the chromatic aberration to be accompanied by uneven plasticization. The out-of-control and long-burning of the heating control part is often accompanied by product air spots, severe discoloration and even coking. Therefore, the blow molding process needs to check the heating part frequently. If the heating part is found to be damaged or out of control, replace and repair it in time to reduce the chance of this kind of color difference.
3. Raw materials and color masterbatch
The first two are caused by the color difference caused by the blow molding process, and the other is the discoloration caused by the problem of raw materials and color master materials. Strengthen the inspection of raw materials, use the same master color from the same manufacturer as much as possible, and do a standard test batch .
