The mold moves in the direction of the larger gap, and observes repeatedly until it is uniform. And use screws and pins to fasten and position it.


(2) In the gasket method, the thickness is uniform around the edge of the female die, and the thickness is equal to the copper sheet or paper sheet of the unilateral gap between the convex and concave molds. Insert the punch into the corresponding hole of the concave mold, and observe the tightness of the punch and the gasket. degree. And lightly tap the fixing plate with a hammer to make the convex chess and the gasket have the same degree of tightness. After the adjustment is appropriate, tighten the upper die.



This method is suitable for punching dies with large gaps, as well as for controlling the gap between convex and concave dies of drawing dies, bending dies and forming chess pieces.
