Our two-layer or three-layer co-extrusion blow molding machine can make recycled plastics used in the production of 20L&30L HDPE products. The products produced change from traditional single-layer to double-layer or multi-layer:

Double layer: new material on the outer layer and recycled material on the inner layer; the conventional ratio is 20%/80% or 30%/70%.

Three layers: outer layer new material, middle layer return material, inner layer new material; the conventional ratio is 20%/60%/20% or 30%/40%/30%.
