Production and processing process of plastic bottles
In recent years, with the gradual improvement of relevant national policies, the operation of the plastic packaging industry has become more standardized. As a packaging form in various packaging industries, plastic bottles play an increasingly important role in the packaging field.
There are two commonly used production processes for plastic bottles: the first is the extrusion blowing process, that is, the plastic raw materials are added to the extruder, heated, melted and plasticized to extrude the molten parison, and then put into the bottle mold for inflation molding and cooling. After setting, it is taken out from the mold, and the finished product is obtained after trimming the waste edge. This process is mainly used to produce polyethylene, polyvinyl chloride plastic bottles, such as milk bottles, soy sauce bottles and so on. The second is the injection stretch blow process, that is, the plastic raw material is injected into a tubular parison by an injection molding machine, and then put into a bottle mold for stretch blow molding, and the finished product is obtained after cooling. This process is mainly used to produce PET plastic bottles, such as mineral water bottles.
