Material for Extrusion Blow Molding Machine Mould

1. Stainless steel Cr13: high hardness, strong corrosion resistance, hardness is HRC48-50

2. Aluminum: good cooling

3. P20 mold steel: P20 steel is suitable for making plastic molds and die-casting mold materials for low melting point metals. This steel has good machinability and mirror grinding performance. The factory hardness is HRC30~42. It is suitable for large and medium-sized precision molds. After heat treatment, it is HRC55.

4. Carbon steel,

1) Carbon steel 45, the hardness after heat treatment is HRC55, which belongs to medium carbon steel, with high strength but poor toughness.

2) Carbon steel 50, high-strength medium carbon steel, factory HRC19-22
