· The blow molding machine should be started under the condition of no pressure in the hydraulic system. After starting, adjust the system pressure of each pump to the standard pressure value. There are usually two parts of the pressure system in the large hollow blow molding machine, one is the die closing part, the other is the extruder unit, and each of the two units has a pressure vent valve. After the pump stops running, the pressure relief valve needs to be opened, and then closed when the pump is working.
· Adjust the position of all the stroke ups to make the activity template run smoothly.
· The surface of the mould and the contact surface with the machine template must be cleaned before installing the mould of the hollow blow molding machine, so as to avoid affecting the normal operation of the mould during the production of the machine.
· In the absence of raw materials for the blow molding machine, it is necessary to manually operate the machine for several times to observe whether the indicator light, travel switch and various actions are correct and sensitive, and check whether some small fastening parts are loose.
· Run the machine in semi-automatic and fully automatic mode respectively to check whether it runs smoothly.
